bon odori 2014.

I wanted to post about Uncle Jang with the homies but mehhh. Nothing much to write about. Same routine like last year. 1. Get to playground and play and take selfies. 2. Drive to Uncle Jang makan. 3. Go back and play Just Dance 4 and Naruto. Thats about it. Just say that this year CheeSin sprained his ankle. And I still forced him to come. I'm such a bad friend. HAHAHA.

Special thanks to Chun for fetching me to and back to places for 2 days straight. Owe you lots.

Okay. Back to the original topic.

BON ODORI.

HAD SUPER LOTS OF FUN.

But the sad thing was it rained the moment we got there and we had to get shelter. None of us brought an umbrella wtf. Jien Hong was the only one who brought one but he didn't get there with us. So about 20 minutes of loitering under the shelter, Jien Hong appeared with an umbrella so me and AnnSen just used the small umbrella he got wtf. Pretty much useless. I ended up soaking wet still. But mehhh whatever. Thank God my bag was waterproof. We wanted to get some food for them who was waiting at the shelter but everywhere had a pretty long queue. So we just ended up getting Ramune. Then walking around a little bit more we headed back to the gathering spot and KhengYew, Jason and JienHong was practically no where to be found. 

Soon after that Joshua and Tenyami called us and we met up. Gosh its been so long I've seen Tenyami-san. 2 years. So we headed off to get some food and beer.

 Beeeeeer. Even tho I don't like it. But whatever. Its a festival.

The rain slowly just turned to a drizzle.

 There's actually a story behind this. We were all eating, and Jien Hong saw the can of snow spray and thought it was whipped cream. AND. He sprayed it into his mouth. HAHAHAHAHA. We were all super shocked and stared at him WHAT ARE YOU DOING. THAT AIN'T WHIPPED CREAM. And he was like oh SHIT and just spat it out and gargled. We were all laughing like mad, the other people at the bleachers were looking at us. That was legendary. And yeah we pretty much made fun of him all the way till we went home.

 After meal. Sad that we couldn't join the dance performance. AGAIN this year.

 I love my water balloon yoyo. And my hair looks like shit. Cause it was all wet.

 Honestly if it wasn't raining, it would've been MUCH more crowded.

Last groupfie before getting on the shuttle bus. Jien Hong left. Everyone's hair soaked. Except AnnSen and Joshua. They have waterproof hair.

Had lots of fun and I exhausted by the time I got home. I got home at 12. Well thats an experience to me. Never got home that late before. Mum was super mad but she accepted my explanation.
